Terms And Conditions

Refund Exchange Policy

1. Refund is only allowed within 7 days after receiving the gadget. No refund on postage
2. Buyer can change broken /malfunction gadget within 30 days after receiving it.
3. Refund will only be processed after the original gadget has been received with its original packaging, and accessories.
4. No refund/exchange on gadgets that was returned with incomplete accessories ie: no earphones, no charger etc.
5. No refund/exchange on gadgets that was broken by the client ie : dropped, immersed in water
6. Gadgets for refund/exchange should be sent to us and client pays for the one-way postage. The gadgets can be sent to the following address :

Discount and Specials

1. 10% discount for facebook fan and 5% discount for blogspot followers. 15% discount for clients who are both.
2. Return customers/clients may enjoy an additional 5% discount for the next purchase.
3. No further discounts for fans and followers on special gadgets (already on discount) or gadgets on promotion or clearance.

Warranty

1. All the gadgets come with our shop minimum 30 days warranty.
2. However this maybe subject to change depending on gadgets as some may come with more than 30 days.
3.You may ask for an extended warranty with an extra cost of RM 49.90 a year . This will add 365 days to your minimum 30 days warranty.
4. Warranty covers any damage or faulty but do not cover any misuse, carelessness or negligence ie: gadgets dropped or immersed in water.

5. For Mp3 players, warranty is only for players, not the earphones. However, client is still eligible for exchange on earphones within 7 days of purchase

Postage and Shipping

1.We mainly used POS LAJU as our main shipping method, but client may ask for other courier services with the cost finalised by Mycutegadgets after considering handling and packaging cost.
2. All gadgets will be bubble wrapped first before packed in a gift wrap.
3. We do entertain any special requests such as desired date of delivery, greeting cards, gift boxes from free to various extra cost depending on the adds-on.

How to Pay

Cash Deposit

• Walk in to any Maybank and look for Cash Deposit Machine.
• Bank in the total amount to the mentioned Account.
• The machine doesn't accept RM1/RM5 note, but don't worry because we will return the change to you.
• Please keep your bank-in slip for future reference.

Interbank/GIRO/ATM Transfer

• You may use ATM 3rd party Transfer / Interbank Transfer to send us the payment.
• Print or save a copy of your Online Receipt for reference.
• Beneficiary E-mail: Write to mycutegadgets@Gmail.com.
• Attach your Online Receipt and email us to speed up the payment confirmation.
• Interbank Transfer may take 1 or 2 working days to complete the payment process.

• Transfer from other bank account to our bank account is applicable to RM2 IBG transfer charge from respective bank.
